Ready to celebrate the new year with an overdose of yummy Italian calories? Welcome to the last cooking class of this year held by Pietro Scòzzari. This time the theater of such a no-diet performance will be the boutique hotel La Passione, the most European-friendly place of Okinawa, in the center of Naha.

We will have two guest stars: melanzane alla parmigiana and crostini ai fegatini. Together we’ll make from the scratch (and enjoy eating) Parmigiana eggplant, using the powerful oven of La Passione. To keep the taste-happiness high we’ll also make a traditional snack from Toscana: liver spread on grilled bread. As a fresh side dish a nice salad and, last but not least, an easy and yummy chocolate dolce to be accompanied by a river of espresso coffee. Happy?
