The photography group Okinawa9! made a baby!
Here it comes Okinawa6!, a collective photo exhibition of six non-Okinawan professional photographers (3 Nihonjin + 3 Gaijin) living in Okinawa, focused on the beauty and the culture of the archipelago. This time for a whole month and in a very special gallery: Sakaemachi Market, in Asato, Naha-shi. Also the dates are special: from 27th June – the first market’s party of this year, with the Oba Rap group and much more – until 25th July (the next party). Let’s say that everything will be special: the photos (more or less 50) will be scattered throughout the shops, cafés, izakaya, karaoke of the market. You’ll be able to see them everyday, but only when the shops owners will decide to open and work… We’ll print a fill-up game-map. Who will find ALL the photos will win a special, SECRET prize. Ready for hunting?
